Stephen Makin (left)
Stephen is an undergraduate student in the Creative Writing and Film/Visual Media majors. He is also an intern at the Carnegie Mellon University Press, a staff writer at The Tartan and a member of the Oxford Union. His work can be found in The Isis, INDUSTRY Oxford, Half and One and more. Bum Leg, Stephen’s debut collection, is forthcoming from Vignette Editions in 2027.

Allison Blair (right)
Allison is a senior at Carnegie Mellon University studying both Literature & Culture and Creative Writing. She is also an intern at the Carnegie Mellon University Press, a staff writer for The Tartan and a member of the international English honors society, Sigma Tau Delta.
